Documents and request preparation
When submitting a request online, upload your Emirates ID and passport in the request form. PDF, JPG and PNG files up to 10 MB each are accepted. Add notes describing the transaction and its current status.
Additional documents may be needed depending on the transaction. The office reviews your request and sends any further requirements through your account.
